Empty server, fairly untouched world, and the beginnings of a small town. Server is online 24/7. Except for times when installing plugins or regular server maintenance. Also, a handful of plugins that seem to work, as well as twice daily world backups.

Building this place is great fun, but a lot of work - I’m currently looking for help, which is the whole point of this post. I need people who love to build and can build impressive structures in small spaces. Now what I mean by small spaces is still pretty big. I would like all structures to be limited to 20x20x20....larger if its a really great idea. And as for the 20 blocks high - thats like towers, it would be nice if most buildings could be limited to 10 blocks high. I suppose ‘build sensibly’ is the best advice - like we’re only 2 blocks high, so a wall around your town that was 20 blocks high is WAY overkill. Also I shouldn't need to say it - but no 1x1 towers

So basically what I’m looking for is people to help build towns/nations, help me find good prices to set things at - help make the ground level of a great economy. If you are helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy you may be asked to be a mod or admin - but I am in no way making “first 2 ppls to join are mods!” That’s a TERRIBLE policy.

Also, since i have no real way of restricting strip mining, it will still be fine to do - however I would really like to find people who enjoy exploring caves to find resources, rather than just strip mining!



Server Goals:

*Create an open ended, do what you want style server.

*18+ age limit. Immature players need not apply!

*PVP enabled, but by no means required or even suggested! For example, PVP will be enabled, so you can attack others, but it is not required - you wont permanently be at war with other nations (or would you?). This is an example of what I mean by ‘open ended’

*Create 2 to 5 nations (with room for more in the future) using the Towny plugin
As for the towns, it would be nice if they were maybe 1 or two days walk away from each other (room to expand).

*Form a nice economy, with each nation having access to something the others don’t (attempting to promote cooperation). Not entirely sure with this one yet, maybe certain nations get access to netherblocks, while other nations can use the repair plugin - not sure, need some ideas and help testing them!

*Semi-RP, there are a lot of RP style features enabled, like towny - and in the future I would like to try a skill/leveling plugin - however you wont see me being all like “ye” and “halt citizen!” or “ooc: herp derp.” You’ll just see me straight up herpin and derpin.

*Allow the use of TNT and firespread, but keep greifers from ruining everything. Now this is a lofty goal, and just allowing everyone to do whatever they like with TNT and lava would end up in a bunch of burnt up and exploded towns. So, there are going to be some restrictions that we need to figure out. I really don’t want to disable TNT, creepers, and firespread - but I might if I have to. In the mean time we’ll be keeping guard with BigBrother and the twice daily world backups.
So, as far as rules for TNT and firespread goes, I’ll explain with examples:
#Don’t burn down somebodies town, thats mean. However don’t build your town in such a way that it could easily be burnt down!
#Don’t turn someones house into nothing but rubble with TNT - if you wanna get through a wall or make a quick escape - sure, TNT - but blowing up everything is overkill, and again mean.

*All of this done without spawning blocks, or using super picks, etc. Everything in the world should be done as if you were just playing a solo survival game. No spawning blocks, or using worldedit, or changing the time of day (beds are ok of course).



Some very important rules:

*Foul language is FINE. This is an 18+ server.

*Sexual harassment is in no way ok. Depending on the situation you may get banned. FYI, this includes harassment involving sexual orientation.

*Racial bigotry and general prejudice is off limits.

*No political discussions. If people join the server and a forum sounds like a good idea, then yeah maybe there will be a place there for political discussions. But not in minecraft. People have strong, and often differing opinions and I don’t want any bad blood over it.

You are entitled to your opinions, but if they conflict with any of the rules just keep them to yourself!

i give it out to anyone because i have a great server structure. Perfect guest feature. I am 19 so more mature than most and i know what im doing with the server and blah blah blah.
