As Scarface said "under 1,000,000" maybe the car u were trying to trade was worth over 1,000,000 therefore untradable Outie

It dont think it was the most recent patch ( 1.08 ) it has been that way for a while now i think

Shit so I'll just duplicate cars that are worth 900k credits and sell them for credits. It's better then nothing I suppose.
