u know theres not that many people on NGU that play minecraft and even more fewer that are premiums lol u cutting it down to one hand mostly

It never says 'only premiums' it says they'll get builder automatically. I'm guessing after a while non premiums can become builders once they can trust you.

That's a guess but I know it doesn't say only premiums.
