That host all depends on your needs. A great starter server could be at 15$/month. This will allow 1-6 players on at a time. But you can register as many as you want.

For example my server has 30 registered members but only 3-4 go on at the same time so the server works great.

Next plan would be 25$/month which allows 10 on at a time.

Where you put the last three digits... I am not sure where I am meant to get the digits from, help would be awesome man!

Go to your cmd propt and put ipconfig.

you will see something like 192.168.1.xxx

the xxx is the last 3 digits
