Simple, download Bukkit, follow the instructions given, start up bukkit. A folder called plugins should be created. Put your plugins in the folder, a plugin usually consists of a jar and a folder or just a jar.

You do realise of course that there is no need for a hamachi server as you can just start a server without it and your friends with the cracked version should still be able to connect to u just as long as you put the setting to offline and not online
