Gamebooster can defrag game directories, set games in high priority and stop pretty useless background processes and services. It is pretty good, but they now have ads.

If possible, i would grab ahold of the older versions - they have no ads and have no "pro" only features, meaning that you get more for free. Regardless, this is a good program.
