Anyone here tried the custom map 'Planetoids'? If you haven't DO. I'll explain what it is and where to get it below :y:
Planetoids? What?
Planetoids -
Planetoids is a custom map in which you can half-customize the size of before you start. It's basically a map where there is a lot of 'planets' with about 2-3 blocks in, it has a special core. You start off on a planet which is a tree, you collect as much wood as you can and tools you need to make a bridge over to another planet to dig open and gather the insides
The challenge is to build a house and make a living on this map, there's planets with Diamond in them, about 200 blocks of PURE DIAMOND! You need to find the iron planet to mine the diamond etc. You don't even need torches if you find a glowstone planet you can mine that and use it as lighting
There's planets which are glass and have a water core, theres planets with Coal and whatnot hidden inside.

How do I install it? -
Download it from that thread
Extract it
Open the folder
Open 'PlanetoidMapGenerator'
It's a CMD based program.
Choose whatever 'settings' you please
When you're done it will build the map, it may take some time.
When it's done, it should auto-close, if not press enter and it should close.
There should be a folder in the folder which the .exe is in with the name that you chose for the world
Copy that folder
Open your .minecraft folder in AppData/Roaming
Go to saves
Paste the folder in there.
ENJOY!
Note: When it asks something about the blocks, and it says 'Any more than 64 will take a while'. It basically means, 'How many planets do you want?' If you chose 64, it will give you anything from 1,000 to 2,000+ planets. If you choose 128, it will give you anything from 9,000 to 50,000+ planets, however if you choose 128 it's gonna increase the time to build the map.
When it asks do you want an open sky, Lava below or water below, pick water. It means, when you fall off a planet, whats under you, nothing water or lava.
Planets made from Dirt and Sand are, I believe just pure Sand or Dirt
Thanks for reading, and PLEASE try it, it's pure amazing!
ProTip: Try dig from the top down in-case the planet has a lava core
My newest Planetoids map has 36,938 planets
