Need for Speed wont make another underground racing game because it promotes street racing which is illegal. If I remember right they were asked to stop with production of these street racing games like underground 1 and 2

Mind finding a news article or anything about that? Would be much appreciated, I've always wondered why they drifted away from Underground's style of racer

If it was like that, there would of been no Fast and Furious Movies.

You're right it was the same with the Fast and Furious movies, after the first few came out the makers were asked to take the movies a slightly different direction as to not promote street racing to young ignorant drivers.
