What you need
Redstone torches: 4
Any type of block: 2
redstone wire: 5

Lets get started
Place 2 blocks down with one space in between them

Now place down redstone wire in the middle of the two blocks then on top of them.

Now put 1 redstone wire infront of the empty block and on the other side (confusing to read look at the pic)

Now place 2 redstone torches on the two blocks

Do the same on the other side

Now this is how it should look like when its done
