I would like to thank .Nik for bringing this event to my attention.

Love video games? Have an Xbox 360 and Halo Reach? Well, how about pitching in and gaming for a good cause. Running from August 5th until the 7th (Friday-Sunday) players will have the ability to join in a free tournament and play Halo reach with others. Doing so will raise funds for Child’s Play and ultimately support numerous sick children across the country. Gamers can also donate $1 and be entered into a raffle for various prizes which are listed below. Don’t have any money? That is fine! For every hour players spend on Halo reach, a dollar will be donated to Child's Play Charity.

In brief summary, Child’s Play Charity helps bring toys, games, books, and money to sick children in hospitals across North America. Just by gaming, the foundation has brought in over 7 million dollars alone.

Maybe this would be great in CoD so I can do it in my PS3 because I don't have an Xbox, but I would like to help. Smile

At least I can fight
For once i actually think this is a great idea. People finally figured out how to get those lazy kids that sit on their ass all day and play videogames to help out the community and for a good cause :y:
