Here are all the updates to Minecraft that we will be seeing in the release of 1.8.

Endermen

The new mob type Enderman will be coming with 1.8.

Jeb has hinted that there will be more updates after 1.8, suggesting that they are looking into adding "baby animals" as well as "volcanoes"
