They have to. Would you want an overpowered sniper just Proning and kill you in one hit?
Its well balanced already.

It was kinda like this in BFBC2 anyways tbh and it wasnt that hard to get a headshot with a sniper even if they were moving if you were good at it *couch*me*couch*:carling:

Guys it was just like this in bfbc2 and it was alright. Besides sniper has a big job when it comes to spotting enemies so killing isnt the only thing you are doing.
