here is the FULL tutorial to get a vehicle:
1: Walk up to it
2: Hold X or Square
There u go, u saw it here first
oh and btw they arent in beta (but u know that right?)

the only way to get vehicles in the beta right now is if your a pc gamer and can get on a caspian border server, which at the moment isnt possible cause ea took them down.
