how do you join a game in a squad?, i invite my friend to my sqaud but when we go into game we get split up?

when the loading screen comes up it askes you if you want to be put into a squad press no and it'll just be you and your mates in the squad

I'm a lvl 8 I'm pretty good when i have good teammates but im usually by myself cuse the rest of my teamates are idiots My KDR is not the greatest as I had a rough start because i had to get a little used to the game and my friends came over thursday and they sucked anyways what im getting at is give me a try and if you dont like the way I play then that's it for me oh and you have a mic right?
