TS, Just go and make a No-Ip account. Direct your IP through the No-Ip and give out the No-Ip address. This gives you a custom address.
My mate and I used to own MC18.no-ip.org but I let it go, try making it MC10.No-Ip.org

Okay, well not "Buy" a domain. "Get" a domain to redirect to your ip.
