(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); 1.) Get a car. ( i used one of those bus things?)
2.) Find a cliff or ledge next to the water.
3.) Get on the edge and flip the car side ways over the edge.
4.) Wait for it to flip back over.
5.) Drive around.

guess im unlucky, but i was trying this at canals and it hasnt worked for me yet
