Yeah this happens when using the TV Missile. For some reason the gunners body disappears when controlling the TV Missile and people can spawn into the gunner seat or in this case enter the gunner seat.

Guess I have to work on unlocking the TV missiles now

Just an fyi to people looking to unlock tv missile. the thing sucks. it won't take out another chopper, jet, or tank in one hit. Now with the latest patch, it has a delayed control. (Like the mav, you press right and it turns 2 seconds later) It takes for ever to reload, even with auto loader. I use the guided missile instead. That at least disables a tank in one hit. O and 1 more thing I forgot to mention, it has a delayed charge, so like when it hits a tank it blows up a second after impact.

So what Extras you recomend to have it for the Chopper? I just want get points/kills with the chopper...

If your flying the chopper I recommend Stealth, IR Flares, and Heat Seekers. If your Gunning, I recommend either Autoloader, IR flares or Thermal Optics (Do you know how hard it is to shoot down a chopper popping flares every 2 seconds?), and Guided Missile, and last but not least a good pilot. Its pointless to gun if you have a pilot who crashes every time he tries to avoid a stinger. Also take a repair tool with you, if you do get hit try to land if possible and repair it.

Thanks! Worked for me and my friend, was a bit hard in tha start, but we got the hang of it. It is a bit glitchy though.
