Was just browsing twitter and saw this tweeted by IGN and it's frickin awesome.
It takes google's innovative street view and adds a FPS twist by adding
a M4A1 from battlefield 3, and giving you he ability to freely shoot in "shoot view".

They claim that the site will be back up soon, so if you didnt get a chance to play it then make the most of it when it does.
Here is also a Battlefield 3 themes trailer to add to the excitement:
It's a shame that it was taken down so quickly, and it would have been great to try it out. I wonder what sort of new features they could bring to it.

I don't get it? It looks like you're just walking around with a gun everywhere in the world. The trailer should have shown atleast some sort of action to excite people. The trailer really threw me off and makes it look really dull in my opinion.
Hopefully, we'll see a better trailer released with more info on the "game?".
