Most likely because the people using the DICE tag are DICE employees.

This guy You must login or register to view this content. might knows how to have a DICE Clan-Tag... But like many people he wouldn't tell it anyone. Might he used greasemonkey with firefox and made his own script or something...

i looked through alot of the scripts and some of his. but im not going to all that just to change my dogtag, or clan.
