Sure there's "No." and "only on PC", and I would be willing to accept an answer like so if there was a reason to support it.

do you have a jailbroken ps3? If not, then your not gonna be able to mod it

You can if you have GTA4 backed up on your jailbroken PS3. If you do i can give you my common.rpf and ps3.rpf with all PS3 mods available so far.

What the **** happened to the gta mods section.. we had loads of threads on how to mod gta iv on ps3.. i would link you to a thread but it looks like they are deleted..

And to mod gta, you need to back up it on your console.
