Personally, I think any museum is good money (havent tried, surrounded in guards) but my favorite place was the archery shop in solitude. I got mad money from that shop.

I always get some good loot when I go to an alchemist shop. The amount of ingredients they have on display come to a very nice price if you intend on selling them
