As in previous years we have seen hundreds of these arise. Some people claim they are 'fan made' when others beleive legitimacy of them. On the 20th of February we will all know the real truth as the website containing a countdown timer will run out.

If this game release is true it will be Respawn Entertainment's first game in a new studio since the split from Infinity Ward. Respawn Entertainment studio's are located in 'Sherman Oaks, California' but from the quote above it states the server is running in 'Scottsdale, Arizona' Could this be from a marketing firm or a fan of Respawn Entertainment?
If the game is a straight up shooter would you purchase it?

The location of the server means nothing. They probably don't host their own servers, so it could be anywhere in the country. For example, Outsider lives in Michigan, and I live in PA, but the NGU server is in D.C. so don't consider that when looking at the legitimacy. My opinion? I personally think it's just fan-made. I would expect them to update their current domain with the timer, vs buying a new one.
