At the upcoming Consumer Electronic Show, is has been said the SONY will unveil a new video editing software for the PlayStation 3.



Thanks to engadget, we see a blurry photo of what the editing software may look like.

If you have not already known, SONY has previously tried another video editing software before called EyeCreate. It was released in 2007 and gave you the opportunity to edit and capture footage with the camera.

What are your guys thoughts?

Didn't the PS3 get a video editor in some firmware update a while ago?
You could upload to youtube with it but it sucked and the next one probably will too.

Tbh they NEED to upgrade the PS3 browser.. Youtube is 240p /facepalm

Now they just need to make an application that supports the HDPVR on the PS3 and I can do all my commentaries right from my PS3! :carling:

it would be REALLY nice if they made it have some really good features such as like fading in and out and making it HD

They need to update the whole dashboard.
