I was thinking of the mods i have for GTA: SA on PC and thought about how easy it could actually be to bring them to the consoles so that GTA V can have all types of custom user content.
Theory 1.
Sony and Microsoft do a FW upgrade allowing games to access data stored on USB storage if the developer wants, Rockstar release a PC application for creating content, save it to your USB and plug it into your console. In the GTA V pause menu there is a 'Custom Conetent' tab allowing us to access our ''mods'' and load them into the game.
Theory 2.
Rockstar release a PC application that for creating content, we then make an account on the Rockstar Social Club and upload our content to our account there, then on GTA V we access it from the pause menu and download it to our consoles.
With both methods we should have to get it approved by Rockstar to make sure it isn't a MP hack or a mod that changes the game difficulty, the mods should also not be available online.
