this wont be able to be ported, it would need you to be able to rum skyrim from backup as it needs extra files
and there wont be a CK for console

It's a whole world edit.
If you noticed, a lot of the landscape has changed.
It's not just the player, it's the gestures, armor/clothing, powers, the way he throws his energy blasts, etc.

I suppose if one was smart enough they could just do clothing only in a save file, but this is for pretty much the whole game.

It would be cool if it were possible for someone to fit alllllll of the edits into a game save, but it's never gonna happen, sadly. :\
