Almost just as soon as the app was launched earlier this month, EA has pulled it from the App Store
following bad reviews from customers.
The app, which was inspired by the film Act of Valor, only received an average of 2.5 stars in ratings.
Several complaints were made about the games controls and inability to connect to multiplayer matches.
Soon after pulling the game from the App Store, EA released this statement,

"EA Mobile is committed to delivering mobile entertainment experiences that are on par with the content and quality users have come toexpect from their favorite EA gaming brands. To this end, we have decided to remove Battlefield 3: Aftershock from the App Store and are currently re-evaluating the app in response to the consumer feedback we've received. We thank all the fans who have downloaded the game to date."
I never got a chance to play the game due to me not owning any iOS devices, but if anyone downloaded it
