After interviews with multiple Call of Duty (CoD) ELITE Devs, hints have been given out hinting the possible release of Call of Duty's known app, CoD ELITE to the PC. So far, unlike PS3 and Xbox 360, the PC has yet to see any downloadable content (DLC) for Modern Warfare 3 (MW3).
As you can see, opinions vary about whether or not the PC will get the DLC and how they will get it.

Its Elite.. Who wants it anyway. Launching it 5 months late for PC would fail, seeing as elite isnt even 100%
