Some things that i forgot to mention:

• DELETE THE Perks.txt FILE! IT WONT FORCE QUIT EVER AGAIN IF YOU DO THAT!
  
• I didn't create this hack.
  
• If you didn't see the annotation, this dosen't give you lvl 50 perks
  
• Some other less important perks aren't included either. So there is still a reason to play the game!
