i'm explain one guy on battlefield 3 ( xbox 360) have set life on 50% and damage on 500%
but the thing is this server is set on ranked.
i've message him but never reply to me.
so if someone know how to or if you want to try to find here is the place ! =)

I think he used the Preset of Hardcore Mode and edited it... Just make some experiments with the settings might you're lucky. Give a feedback !!!
