If your a Battlefield player and have an Apple device you will be glad to know that Battlelog has arrived in the app store.
For those of you unaware of Battlelog, it is a stat tracking feature for Battlefield, similar to call of duty: Elite, which also focus's on social aspects of gaming instead of purely game figures.

What does the app allow you to do?

Battle Feed: See what awards and weapons your friends are unlocking and get notification. Comment and “Hooah!” on their posts.

Com Center: Thinking about logging in to play? See which of your friends are online and playing. Plan for tonight’s session by leaving wall messages.

Stats & Unlocks: Keep track of your persona stats and progress. Everything from dog tags to weapons, gadgets, vehicle upgrades, and specializations is tracked and available for your perusal.

Leaderboards: View worldwide, global leaderboards or compare your standing among friends.

News: Get the latest information on Battlefield 3 direct from DICE, the developers of Battlefield 3.

These are some great features for the Battlelog app and it won't be surprising to see even more great features released later on.
The app is not only focusing on giving in-depth stat tracking but the social ascpects of the app are something I wouldn't have expected to see.

Now a question you may wonder is how does this compare to COD elites mobile app?

Call of duty elites mobile app for me was rather dissappointing an offered no where near the service I was expecting from the app.
Battlelog on the other hand seems to have really made a great app and the features list is something you would only expect to see on the full site.
With such powerful features it won't be surprising to see call of duty elite integrate new, much needed features, such as clan pages etc.

No news yet as to whether or not the app will make it onto android, But for you Apple people you can enjoy this app right now.

Here are some screenshots from the app:

I don't play or have BF3 but to be honest this look way better than the ELITE app.

Exactly what I was thinking.
The elite app looks like a half finished job and is no where Near the standard of this.
It's clean it's simple.

But I don't have battlefield either :fa:

This is so true. I am going to download the Battlelog app now and give it a go but from the screenshots I already have a feeling it will be better.
