EA AND ESPN announce Calvin Johnson, Jr. as the fan-voted Madden NFL 13 cover athlete. For those who don't know Johnson is wide receiver for the Detroit Lions. A close runner up was NFL Pro Bowler Cam Newton who is QB for the Carolina Panthers. Madden will hit store shelves August 28.
