Watch them change the name from "Call of Duty" to "Call for Duty". Then that cannot be applied because it only applies for "Call OF Duty"

I know what you mean. It doesn't seem like Treyarch would just go blindly into making a game, hoping they don't get into legal troubles.

Treyarch wouldn't have known about this. Activision is the publisher, they would have had to seen this coming. Just money hungry bishes in my opinion. Drack

Expect the unexpected!
TBH Activision have to approve the setting and everything they have for the game, so why did they let it pass through there side yet now seem could be a problem? Activision are weird haha

Maybe it shouldn't come under the Call of duty franchise again Happy like MW2 just about became a Call of duty
