I have tried that "Can I play This?" thing . But it doesnt help at all . I have changed my display settiings to match the peoples in videos i watch , but still no MineCraft . I have tried to update my Display Drivers but didnt work somehow . If someone can help me through via Skype or Team Viewer . Believe me i have tried everything that i could. If someone can help me i would really appreciate it so much.

Could you post your system specs, this would help in determining your root cause.

My Display Driver is : RADEON 7000 / RADEON VE Family (Microsoft Corporation) It says it already updated .

I have updated JAVA to the most recent release .

Can you tell me the requirements to Play MineCraft?

I believe it is your card, drivers are not going to fix it. You need a new card.
