Ya the ACR is the ACW-R.

Only does 20 damage per bullet, compared to the other Engi guns which do 25! M4A1 is still the top dog. But yeah its a decent gun

Technically that isn't true. The ACR is an Assault Rifle and shoots 7.62mm rounds. The ACW-R is a Carbine and shoots 5.56mm rounds.

I have unlocked this gun on the PS3, but it has no vibration for the dualshock 3 and this is supposed to be a common problem, therefore at the moment I am not using it.

I'm trying to unlock it currently. Another great gun is the AUG, it's beast as fuck. I got 2 service stars with it just yesterday

It shoots the 6.5mm Grendel, which is why the mag only holds 26 rounds. The bullets are used in normal STANAG mags that hold 30 rounds, but they are bigger so it is reduced to 26.

I don't get the damage. It has a higher minimum damage by 2.5 points, but a maximum damage with 5 points less than a 5.56? The bullet is bigger than a 5.56 and has more joules of energy on impact, so why isn't it higher?

I like it though. First CQ gun I got a star on. It's very controllable for the fire rate. I really want that 25 damage up close though. 20 is just stupid. The bloody 9mm round from an M9 does more damage.

Used it in a gun master game, both this and the MTAR feel pretty awesome. Can't wait to unlock the ACW-R though, it's insane.
