Requirements
3.55 firmware ps3
USB stick
GTA IV (psn store or disc) not sure about episodes from LC

Checking your PS3’s firmware.
On your ps3 go to: settings –System Settings – System Information
System Software “Version Software 3.55”
If 3.55 or lower = You can do this mod.
If 3.56 or higher = You can’t do this mod

Installing 3.55 firmware (if already on 3.55 skip)
If your on a firmware lower than 3.55 you need to update to 3.55

Now once downloaded follow this to install.

When you have successfully installed this you are ready for the next step.

Installing 3.55 CFW
Ok for this I will be using 3.55 kmeaw

When you have successfully installed the 3.55 cfw, you should see two new folders under GAME.

Get GTA IV and install update 1.06
Run the game and play until you create a save game.
Then leave the game.

On your PC, download the package that works with your GTA.

Once downloaded, put the package on the root of the usb stick.

Plug the usb stick into your ps3, and go to
Game – install package.
Click X until you confirm to install the package.
And there you go, run GTA IV
And you should have mods.

how do u get your downloaded gta 4 to the other ps3?

if your on 3.55 kmeaw. download this. it makes your cfw ps3 fake like it is on firmware 9.99

then when done use the disabler to make you cfw 3.55 again.

aight but what about activating the game to your account

lol i was just making sure thats what u do, im not that big of a noob lol, cuz last time i transfered a game and it didnt work.
