FoV??.... I don't understand this term. Is it Field of Vision? There's an in-game option in the video section where you can adjust the FoV. Forgot what it was called though.

I think its only changeable on PC, would highly doubt there is any way to change it console wise. maybe if you modded the game :/

You can't do nothing about the FoV on console, only on PC. Maybe DICE can add that in the next patch or something.

that would be legit if they added changeable FOV in the next patch. Sadly i doubt they would because Dice doesnt give a shit about console players.

No...
No console game allows you to change the FOV for a couple of reasons
First hardware can't cope with a increase FOV
Second you are sitting away from the screen so a higher FOV is not needed
