I think it only works while laggin.
Thats the only way to get launched like that.
Tryed a million times(not while laggin tho).
A Lag switch will do the trick i guess.

it does work i tried it got it to work but when i tried it again it didnt work it has to be when its laggin and you have to be in the right spot
