You can gameshare it. I gameshared mine with my brother but you can only do it with one person now.

and yea i knew about its only one extra console, since i share my maps from mw3. But when you do game share bf3 prem do the other accounts receive like the dog tags too and the stat adjust and stuff on battlelog? or just the maps?

They receive everything. Well, I know for sure you can unlock the Premium dog tags, soldier ugrades, camos and stuff but I'm not so sure about the Premium stat feature as I don't think my brother has used it, but I presume you should be able to.
