No knife teleport was used. Maybe 1 day we will be able to freely walk around on top of the map. We have another idea how we might be able to do it, but we are still working on it.

Well as long as the invisible boat type glitch isn't patched it may be possible to get above the barrier.

In the video, he explains that the second person is crouching below first, then it stands up.
While he who is at the top jumps without stopping.
It should be 3 to do, its what happens at point A of the map under the lamp.
