Things you need.
1.The app
2. JailBroken iso device
3. iFile app (can get off of cydia from big boss source)

So the video explains most of it and i found these hacks myself and are easy to do.

Files in game that i show:
boss.plist
item.plist
job.plist

Also to get payed when buying things just change the number to (-)
Ex: -10000 or whatever (<--but getting payed to buy things got patched)
