“Tomorrow we are bringing a server update and a Battlelog update with some minor additions. This means that Battlelog will remain offline between 10:00 CET to 11:00 CET tomorrow on the 9th of August.” Supplied in the post was a link to a time zone converter, which displays the time that the update will take place in your time zone. Here is the list of the official changes DICE plans to implement during the update:

Server Update:

• XP2 weapons were unavailable on unranked servers
  
• scoring was disabled altogether on unranked server

Battlelog:

• You can now accept/reject party invites
  
• Vote system has been fixed in polls
  
• Server browser shows the name of the current map
  
• User can now see if he/she has all unlocks for a vehicle in the Vehicle Stats page in the Unlocks section

DICE is keeping the lid on the August content drop for now. We are still in early in August, however fans are hoping that DICE will make an announcement after the update. Stay tuned for more Battlefield 3 news!

The August content is probably just going to be more soldier camos and camos on shitty guns instead of decent ones... nothing to be excited over.
