You payed for it from the psn store and you can't download it? To be honest, I doubt that. Prove you bought it and if you did I would ring sony. If you actually bought it, you will have no problem proving it to them. For a refund or even help.

i've already called them on monday and they said they'd call me back by the end of the week and i've gotten nothing back from them :( guess i'll give it till the end of next week and see what happens
