This is very very very old. (The level up way)
The infinite ammo is a few weeks old.

1 thing to correct in your video about the inf ammo glitch, you can use any weapon that shoots any amount of ammo from 1 to forever. Shoot the rocket till the ammo drops down 1, so if the rocket has 4 shots you want it to be 3, push down up then shoot again the rocket should then go back to full ammo, from that point push down up and right as soon as you see the ammo count for the rocket push down up again, keep doing that, each time you do this you can shoot 1 more bullet each time, so if you have a gun that shoots 7 shots you would hit down up 7 or 8 times to give it inf ammo.

Or you could politely ask someone with a Game Genie to level you up to 50 in 4 seconds. Another option.
