I don't think people have actually found a way to do this on ps3, it exists in xbox and on the pc, but the ps3 looks like a visual glitch(by that I mean that he is only said to be lvl99)

there is only 2 bosses that can be at level 101... They are Master Gee and Hyperius... To get them you will need to play the DLC from the start with you being level 125 or 127... Then when you get them they will be 101. I have already accomplished this and if you want to go try then go for it. i will attach the Siren that i done this with... But just remember nothing else changes, i mean NOTHING. they just are tougher thats it. They do not drop level 100 weapons or any of that stuff...

How much exp do they give for level 1? i tried your save it says can't attack it i also moved the date forward 3 days still cant attack him.
