I call it the suitcase glitch, I don't know if anyone's done this before or not, so i am not claiming to be the first.

Just get the knife where its held out and tap the medpack/ammo pack and as soon as its coming out TAP but not hold the knife button. If it looks like you're holding the pack then it worked. To everyone else it looks like you are holding a suitcase.
