Iv'e modded the Original GTA IV on its own disc but I cant mod the others. Can anyone help?

I had troublr too , i downloaded the 1 from the ps store , and it doesnt work . but the disc works . i guess cos ' the update , with the download the patch is already installed im guessing , i been trying to go get the gta iv form game stop but all out

yes the update is in the game you will have to open up the game and mod it that way
