I would do seasonal events start with the stars and stripes using the Viper ACR (Fully Tuned, should be easy and you will get about $400,000) with low PP and try to get the %200 cash/xp bonus. Try to work your way from the 400PP to 650PP, then there are races where you can more than $900,000
