Quite a few people have been wanting a voice/ speech changer, so I've decided to release my own. Sorry for the messy layout (I deleted all the BD, BN, BS, etc voices because I couldn't figure out what exactly they did. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this). I may update this menu sometime in the future to add EFLC voices, but for now it's fine.

This script works for both Original GTA IV and EFLC. Please read all of this post before commenting.

To open the menu press in Xbox 360 [ATTACH=CONFIG]22260[/ATTACH] + [ATTACH=CONFIG]22261[/ATTACH] if on PS3 [ATTACH=CONFIG]22262[/ATTACH] + [ATTACH=CONFIG]22263[/ATTACH]

While in a menu hold [ATTACH=CONFIG]22264[/ATTACH] and tap You must login or register to view this content. to go back a section, or You must login or register to view this content. to go forwards a section. (I call it Tabbing)

Tap You must login or register to view this content. to play the current speech for the current voice.
NOTE: Not All speeches are compatible with all voices, and vice versa. Also changing the current speech on GTA: IV will only play the selected speech if it exists for the selected head, otherwise it will play the Generic Hi for the voice.
