i don't have it, why don't you try and compare two game saves? gather a pattern. for example, racing hard could be 0F 04, racing medium could be 0F 05.. soft 0F 06 great now you know the pattern.. what could be next?

Supersoft tires need to hack the GT5 save file....
maybe you can got the hex code of it :p

Usually for Hex codes the unofficial wikis provide the info (TES, COD, any PC game really with a Dev Console) But as it's a console game, there is no info. Is that so?
On topic, have 2 saves with IDENTICAL cars (Buy a car, put that save on PC, then buy some softer tyres ,put THAT save (makes 2 saves) on pc)
and see if you can find something that differs from either one. But remember which save is which. I learned that the hard way... (Compared 2 saves, but then managed to undo all modification i made on save 2 ")
