I'm 100% sure it's not impossible, I've seen some pics of unobtainable cars, such as the Red Bull 5G, currently roaming arround with the borrowing glitch, and the Red Bull X2010 JP Flag Color, which has not the borrow option. Things are not appearing out of nowhere, there should be a method to insert cars into your savegame, and then use them. And with this you should be able to add, for example, the stealth cars or the chrome line cars.

From the little that i've understood so far the stelthies and chromies require you to have a key to unlock them so maybe we can just add the key and then try to unlock them:think:..ouch

Chromeline needs the DLC to be selectable. You can hack them into your garage, but you can't drive them. That said, after resigning a save, I can drive the Prius TC, a DLC car.
